K & M Heating representative wrote me an estimate, he took money from me. Then never showed up. When I called the owner, who told me that he no longer works there even though he still has a Voice Mail that states he still works there. I wouldn't trust this company.

This company does not stand behind its work. They had a technician come to my house and offer to replace my current Heater. The drove a K & M Heating Truck and the owner said the rep was allowed to use the Truck to do work on the weekends. The Rep filled out a quote on K & M Paperwork and took a deposit to order the Unit and to do the work. The rep then disappeared and the Owner, Ken, told me he had been fired. When I told him he took a deposit for work the owner said he did it illegally and he was not responsible for that E... read more
