Been here a few times now for battery exchanges, band replacements, and a crystal replacement on my grandpas watch. A watch thats older than me. Ken was very respectful and attentive in every single visit. He took great care of the watch I hold so dear. I want to say most of my watches have his battery in them. I mean with a lifetime replacement guarantee why wouldn’t all of them have it. His bands are great genuine leather that also comes with a 5year warranty. I happened upon this shop when I needed a new clasp for a necklace, and I’m so glad I did! They were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the prices couldn’t be beat. Kenny replaced the clasp with one that was much better than what I originally had and even threw in a new jump ring. The whole thing took only 5 minutes. On top of that, he gave me an amazing deal on a beautiful pair of earrings! I would highly recommend checking them out.
Kenny is great! My friend needed a watch battery replaced. And he refreshed my Rolex for free, on the spot. It looks brand new! Battery has a 10 year warranty. There is a gorgeous selection of Movado watches~++ Stop here for watch needs!
