K an M charged me 3,000$ to fix my Rolex. It’s still not working correctly. Took it back to him 3 times. When I thought my watch was running correctly I let him take my 3 caret diamond. He told me the diamond was almost a perfect stone but there were 2 chips. He knew of an excellent diamond cutter in Miami. He was going to Miami on Monday. This was on Friday. I went in hoping for a smooth and trustworthy experience, but I ended up feeling unsure and slightly disappointed. The staff seemed friendly at first, but when I asked deeper questions about the pieces, I didn’t get clear explanations. It felt like important details were being avoided. I left feeling a little uneasy and decided not to go ahead with the purchase.
Been here a few times now for battery exchanges, band replacements, and a crystal replacement on my grandpas watch. A watch thats older than me. Ken was very respectful and attentive in every single visit. He took great care of the watch I hold so dear. I want to say most of my watches have his battery in them.
