I had a very disappointing experience with this A/C company in Dripping Springs. A technician named Ray Garrison repeatedly told us repairs had been completed, but our system continued having the same problems. We had to call multiple times with no resolution. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received from K&M on our home heating system, especially during the recent cold weather! The technician, Ray, was very knowledgeable and experienced, also courteous and professional, and showed a genuine interest in solving our problem and even followed up multiple times to be sure everything was working. He even worked around our schedule. Best contractor company of any kind I’ve ever worked with!
