Old school, clean, efficient. Love the sauce!
Got the whiskey flats bbq burger and it was one of the best burgers I've had. Easily the best in this area. They even asked me how I like my bacon cooked which was a great touch. Will definitely be back. Great prices and they refuse tips which is a breath of fresh air nowadays.
We were heading east and stopped here as my husband had come by previously as he was working on the area & thought it was great. He was not wrong. It’s a little off hwy 14 but it’s worth the effort! The atmosphere was very welcoming and although space was small they had a lot of seating options (indoors and outdoors). Our order was taken by a super friendly / knowledgeable individual. Great drive in with a retro diner atmosphere. Burgers are good.
Disappointed in the service. Asked for burger to be cut in half, it wasn't. Asked for fry sauce for tots and onion rings but got nothing - not even ketchup. Burger was hard and dry even though it was just cooked past medium. Grilled onions were not cooked, just heated through. Lemonade was nasty, it did not have proper ratio of mix to water. It was NOT fresh or real Lemonade. Onion rings and tater tots were amazing!
