Service department no good – It's been 2 years since I brought my van there but I'm still mad. I have a 1998 Dodge Grand Caravan that was running poorly. I was unable to diagnose the problem myself so I took it to K&M in the belief that they may have worked on a Caravan or two. Their approach was to replace expensive electronic (non-returnable) parts including the computer.
