This man sold me a 2006 Ford focus for $2,500 cash. The frame and rockers are completely rotted away. I specifically asking about Rust. He said it was fine I have been a paraplegic for 33 years and obviously I can't look all the way up underneath. He know I'm a Pennsylvania resident.. and I can't get it inspected. And it's definitely not safe. He get back to me never did. It's been 3 weeks and I still never received the title.
