Parents moved into a new home that they did the hvac on. From the day they moved in the ac didnt work. Tried to call the emergency number. No response. The general contractor couldn’t get a response from anyone at klund to come address the issues. Terrible service.

We have always been pleased with the service provided! Been calling on them for 15-20 years now.
