Woke up to cold air blowing out the vents. Did a few troubleshooting items of my own at home and needed more help. Everyone I interacted with at KLund was fantastic. Jessica who helped me schedule the visit got me a quick same day appointment. She was so kind on the phone. When I called in they worked me into their schedule quickly. Tyler and Sam came by and spotted the problem right away. They were able to repair the issue, service my furnace and Were incredibly helpful. 10/10 would recommend!
The technician was pleasant and competent. He quickly got the system up and running!
Sam and Carson were on time! They were incredibly courteous and respectful about shoes in the home. They were thorough in the evaluation and I loved how they dumb down the explanation and repaired my furnace for under $100!
