Kelly is great with a gentle touch. But buyer beware. Stand firm on Kelly overselling. She didn’t listen to me- I wanted shellac and even wrote that in the prior appointment notes. She wouldn’t listen and in the end I paid $80 for a manicure I did not want. I am GenX and not easily bullied so again as I wrote, be warned. Every business oversells however doing it fraudulently is not good.

Got a pedicure here and the service was great. Lots of care was taken to prepare my nails and cut the cuticles. It was also not busy and the booking system was easy to use. The prices are on the higher side but since the service felt great and process was very thorough throughout that it made it worth it. Parking is available all the around since it’s in a plaza and near the beach.

Edit: I got my nails done here two months after this post (September 2023) and they were absolutely destroyed. I asked for acrylics and they said they could do them. I went and was there for 4 HOURS. And I came out with crooked, bumpy, chunky nails that costed me over $100. I didn't know the extent of the damage until a month later when I wanted them off as they started getting loose and chipping. It got to the point where I bumped my finger once and I felt my nails rip, my real nail bed. I went to a different nail salon and... read more
