I use K.L. Lamberson for my heating oil, and recently had a plumbing emergency with a burst hot water pipe. They were here within a couple of hours and isolated the issue until they could return the following week. When they returned they had a PLAN on exactly what needed to be done to save time, money and heartache for the future. Wish I could give a half star. We called for a quote, which was scheduled within several days. This was to replace a leaking laundry sink (we were scheduled for a kitchen remodel and needed a sink while the remodel was happening) and fix a leaking toilet. The two gentlemen who arrived to do an estimate were nice enough. We were told we'd get a quote and recommendations for a laundry sink, early the following week.
