He's fantastic! I call him "The Magician" I have light blue carpet and he is meticulous and gets it so clean. He also cleaned my vents last year. I noticed my sinuses improved greatly.
Kevin is AMAZING!!! What he did to our battered up, deeply soiled dog urine stained Persian rug was unbelievable!!! He cleaned it so well and took his time that it looks brand new. Thank you Kevin. You are the BEST!
I had Kevin come out to clean my air ducts and carpeting on a house we just purchased. I explained that I had asthma and was struggling. I cannot say enough about the WONDERFUL job Kevin did. The job was difficult: (2 old furnace systems), it was way more than he planned. He incorporated the extra work in a very timely fashion. He worked so hard and went ABOVE AND BEYOND, to get that entire system clean for my comfort. Thank you so much Kevin. I have your card and will be a repeat customer . You are the best!!! Kevin was very nice and did a great job! The price didn't seem to fluctuate even though I decided to only have 2 rugs done instead of 3 but otherwise they came out great. I'll probably use them again if I need it.
This owner of this company is rude. He gave us wrong info on the price of the service he was providing. Upon him showing up and going over the quote again he had slipped in new fees and it was way more expensive. He is a scam artist.
If you want to have a second company have to fix the job these guys do then go with K & L. I had the worst experience and literally had to hire someone else to redo my entire house. BEWARE!
