This place doesn't keep their adds up to date. When you get there don't expect anyplace to park safely. The "gentleman" inside at the desk never moves from that spot! He doesn't talk to you like he wants to sell anything. Never will I go back there. I will also make sure anyone I know looking at vehicles to NOT go there. Thank you, have a wonderful day God bless
Absolutely horrible experience. We hooked our own computer up to the car....29 codes! They proceeded to yell at us that they didn't care what it said and we could leave if it wasn't the car for us. We attempted to negotiate, they wanted us to pay for the parts to fix the car before we even bought it. On top of all that, the rotors were on backwards, and it had the wrong tires and battery for that car! I would leave zero stars if possible. Junk cars and horrendous customer service!
I purchased a 2013 Silverado from this dealer couple months ago now experience was rough on my part terry was a big help very cool dude if you speak with him truck has been no biggie. People of are purchasing from any used dealer in NY look and inspect your vehicle before you buy it if a car is cheaper than its normal value you aught to know your not buying a brand new vehicle if you see rust and so forth on it understand your are buying said vehicle in which is rusted don’t blame the dealer unless you were given promises in... read more
I’m just going to say at this point that I wished I checked their profile before we paid for the vehicle. At this point we are into 8 months from a vehicle being in the shop longer than out with a horrible warranty company!!!! ( according to the garage they sent us to). At this time the vehicle has been at the shop for over 2 months 🤦♂️
