Kind friendly
They went overboard by helping get a discounted repair and insurance and even took the car to the mechanic and dropped it at my house upon completion. Very good service.

nice guys but their customer service and follow-through is lazy and unprofessional. I test drove a vehicle asked a couple questions and they said they would call me and never got back to me. I called back and got the owner asked him questions about the car said he would look at the car and call me back and never ever called me back. Needless to say the car still for sale and no one ever called me back. I will bring my business elsewhere.
