I have rented from K & L Apartments for almost 3 1/2 years. I rented a lower unit with a one car attached garage. When I moved in, there was no garage door opener. I was told I could have one if I paid half the cost of the opener and I would not receive a refund when I moved out. I did have them put one in for convenience, which cost me $134.50.
