Few days before Christmas, I was on my way to CLT airport for an early morning flight, but ended up having to uber because of a flat tire. I called to see if K&L could come out by Christmas Eve so that I would have my car when I came back. Thanksgiving night, Louis came out to help change a flat. He arrived 30 minutes early, and got my tire changed in record time. A+ service. Louis is the best

10000/10! These guys responded so quickly and arrived ASAP! The Mechanic that showed up was Luis. He was super friendly and very fast! You could also tell that he was concerned for our safety and insisted that we waited in the car while he changed the tire. And of course, we really appreciated that! Thank you guys so much for helping us!! If anything ever happens in the future (knock on wood) I will definitely be calling these guys!
