I used k&k for multiple years. When it was on by the sisters. They were the best groomers and best value in town. After a break for a few years, I got another dog and went back to try to use them. They set up an appointment for a Monday and told me drop off was from 8:00 to 9:00. I arrived at 8:10 and found the door locked and no one there.
