I’m a homeowner. I was taking on a large project, a big paver patio. Their staff is really helpful and go the extra mile to make it a good experience. Most of the stuff I rented was like new and in perfect working order. I did have a problem with a skid steer having an engine problem over the weekend. It happens. Rented some stamps and told the guy I was interested in buying them. Told me a price right there! I wanted to see what kind of shape they were in and use them first. When I came back to return the tamper and BUY the stamps they gave me the run around about having to go to the back return it first I said okay, go back to the back and the guy was like No you need a ticket first, went back to the front argued with me I needed a ticket from the back and then told me he didn’t know a price and wouldn’t know until tomorrow.
