I've rented lawn equipment twice this week and I can't say how impressed I am at the operation. Both times I had a very short wait at the counter before being helped by friendly staff...and the pickup & drop-off operation/people are remarkable.
Reserved a lift Monday on their website for the weekend. Called Friday the day I’m supposed to pick up. “We don’t have any lifts, you can’t trust our website it’s never accurate or correct” what’s the point of having a website at all then? Just a way to store my credit card and information? Ruined a whole weekend of scheduling and work.
Great customer service with about anything you need!
