From the very beginning of the call, Alexis was amazing! She has excellent customer service skills, which was one of the main reasons I decided to go with KK Ranch. She even sent me photos of the different rock sizes and helped me choose the best option for my project — that was so helpful and made the process easy. I ordered 4 tons of gravel, and the delivery young man followed all of my instructions perfectly when dropping it off. I’m so glad I made my purchase with KK Ranch — highly recommend them!
