Eric was great to work with. Had some issues with my home warranty that Eric guided me through. Eric also was readily available with any questions I had concerning my failing hot water heater. Jeff did the installation. Prompt, professional and the work was completed as requested. Strongly recommend.
Timely and friendly. Fixed a leaky valve with minimal disruption and cleaned up after the job was done.
Was referred to K&K through AO Smith for warranty work on a hot water tank. That work was done as scheduled. I had a constantly dripping shower in the first floor apartment and they installed a new shower valve and that work was done a scheduled. During that installation the old galvanized cold supply was disrupted enough to start leaking profusely. They were in no rush to get me scheduled to bypass the leak.
