Awful. Penny did my nails…shilaque ..rude, I made an appointment and they are all peeling off. I had them done on Thursday and it is Saturday. Not going back.
I came in with a friend who had a pedicure appointment and booked a very basic manicure (no color). I waited about 25 minutes past my appointment time, and then the manicure itself felt very rushed (start to finish was around 8 minutes). I asked for Nail Envy, which is a pretty standard nail strengthener, and the prep and application weren’t very thorough. Stopped by as a walk-in for a pedicure. Quick and accommodating! So I added a real-nail Manicure as well! So happy to have my nails looking fresh and vibrant!!!
