I’m not sure if this business simply doesn’t service African American customers, but my experience has been disappointing. I’ve visited this establishment twice on separate occasions, and both times I was turned away despite the sign clearly stating "walk-ins welcome." Today, there was only one customer inside. I explained that my daughter just needed a simple soak-off. The woman told me she didn’t have time because she had another scheduled client coming. Called to get a pedicure, went to this nail salon, and she said she was closed, and it says it closes at 7:30. Frustrated, I checked my watch and saw it was only 7:10.
