Kyle Kelley showed up and had everything sorted out for me super fast. Very friendly and helpful. Will be using their service again if I run into more issues down the road. EDIT: I am editing this review because the following morning their was a pipe leaking in the system after it got back up to a proper temp. Kyle said that might happen and to call the office so we can sort it out. I am now expected to pay full price on another service call. My furnace stopped working and I began calling down the list of businesses near me. K & K was the first to answer and Brandon was great! Polite, professional. Worked out an appointment that fit my work schedule. While the technician was later than anticipated, I quickly learned why. He is extremely thorough! He was also training a new technician and was very educational to both the new technician and to myself.
