I have a 10 year old AC and was prepared for bad news. Instead they were able to replace a bad part in just 35 minutes and the bill was way less than I was expecting. Great job!!!
I called the week before Thanksgiving, to set up an estimate for a new system install. The women I spoke to was very rude, to say the least. As a small business owner, I was shocked at their first person of contact having absolutely no customer service, and down right coming across like they didn't want any business. I called K and K and they came to fix my air conditioning with an hour of my call. They are the best A /C and furnace you can call. Very fair and honest. Highly recommended.
