Worked here a few years back they didn’t want to pay me until I threatened them with the labor board and then they finally sent me my money
The worst company I have ever worked for! These people will get you to call a man they know just to get your CPR. Just pay the 50.00 and you’ll be certified! They don’t check you off on things that is mandatory. They will tell you to sign your name and mail it back in. I still can not get my separation papers from them… they are the most awful people I have ever came in contact with. And I have a good and I mean a good clean record. They don’t pay you nothing…. I had the opportunity to meet the ladies in the office and the owner and as much as I would like to say the pleasure was great they were all nice listening to them on the phone you would have thought yes they were rude,but they were very courteous and polite,they do need to visit the clients so they will know it's not just the aide cause some clients will give you hell and if they have to change aides more than 5 in a year it's a problem with the client but overall the staff was nice to me and so was the owner Ms Catherine.
The lady running the company has so many clients without caregivers and she is still charging Medicaid which is Medicaid fraud. She doesn't pay employees for all the hours worked. She is very rude and unprofessional. She pays her African workers because she is from Africa using cash app so they don't have to pay taxes and barely pays the rest. She has been in trouble with Medicaid before. I reported her to the department of Labor and I reported her to Medicaid.
don’t work for them or even try too. they tried to get me to work the next day, without any on boarding paperwork which means i could not be paid for my work + didn’t even send over any credentials to be able to log in to the mobile app they said to download!!!!
