I have used this company in the past and was not very satisfied but I just needed a small bedroom done this time around and didn’t want to spend a lot so I decided to try them again . The owner answered she is very hard to understand (language barrier)she gave me a price without looking at it and told me she could do the floor next day . Kookie came highly referred by a client of mine Who has used her for two separate refinishing projects. I’m very glad I used her and her team. Not only was pricing fair, but she was communicative and timely with the work. She completed a full sand and refinish of my floors, and left very little dust. There were one or two small areas that the floors had been raised from cupping, and she sanded and used wood filler to fix the holes. Thank you kookie and your team.
My floors look amazing. Had Kitchen, Dining Room, Hallway and Living Room finished. We were very pleased with the time line and costs. Very little inconvienence for our family.
