Asked for curtain bangs and didn’t try or look at the picture just grabbed my bangs and cut them like a 4 year old . I could have ruined my hair myself if I new they didn’t know how. I asked for them below my eyebrows and she did them above . They need to go out of business if they can’t do simple cuts or even have friendly customer service

I went in to get my hair washed and deep conditioned and the service was horrible. She made me wait 30 minutes while she did other clients (3 boys) and that was fine but then she "washed" my hair but couldn't get to my scalp properly and even said she had "never done hair like mine before," she then made me brush my hair out because she couldn't and said she was "scared to because she is tender headed." The owner is an expert. Everything is perfect. She made Mom look like a Queen. She has a fabulous sense of style and is quite inexpensive. She commands respect and should raise her prices. Stellar Lady
