Brandon the service tech did an amazing job! Prompt. Courteous. Professional. He even let me watch him work! End result: car looks great!
The technician assigned to my Land Rover Defender didn't take the time to properly reinstall the trim pieces both interior and exterior after my windshield was replaced. There is a body colored trim on the A pillar that was not properly reinstalled, and it came off while driving at highway speeds, leaving it hanging on by a screw. The flapping in the wind caused damage to my paint job on the car and the sideview mirror.
