Easy to book online and pretty clean. But was missing the complementary lock
Easy to rent good location clean
Got a big storage unit in November. It had a broken latch. The latch itself was on the ground inside the unit. I called the number to bolt storage and told them about the broken unit. I called again a week or 2 after that. The bolt storage representative explained that amaintainance would be out to the unit to look at it. During the time ive been waiting, i had been receiving increases in monthly storage rental prices and have had to fix my own latch with my own money until maintainance could come see it.
