The guy was super rude and acted as if I didn’t know what I was talking about because I’m a woman. Tried telling me I couldn’t get the part I needed for my air conditioner. I went 2 miles down the road to Clark’s RV and they were so nice. Got me exactly what I needed.

A woman runs the Parts Department so you being a Woman is irrelevant. I asked you when I came through the back door if you needed any help because the gentleman that was helping you was on the phone but you bluntly said "NO, He is helping me." Don and his entire staff go above and beyond to make their customers happy. We had a couple of issues after purchasing a new camper and they were handled quickly and professionally. There is no doubt that Don Knight and the staff at K and K believes in excellent customer service!! Campground is a great place to stay for short or long stay. Wash room for clothes. Reasonable rates and security and zero problems. Folks so friendly
