I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this establishment. I paid $200 for a professional hair service, but my hair was left severely damaged, fried, and breaking. When I expressed my concerns, I was told that my hair was “dry” There is a major difference between dry hair and hair that has been chemically damaged during a service.
