Ordered a cake for my daughters 18th went to pick the cake up and it looked like it had dried up glue on it not just in one place but all over the cake... The lady that was working said she would call the owner the owner response was I could leave the cake we don't do refunds.... Ok ma'am first things first I didn't ask u for a refund I wanted the cake fixed If I couldn't pay for it never would have ordered it.... Maybe u need to go customer service class and learn how to make ur customers happy... All I wanted was the cake ... read more
