So I own two houses and decided to get both pumped at the same time. My first house in KY was $550 so I was prepared. I seen all these reviews talking about how reasonable in price yall were. Why was it over 700!?! Thats just wild. The septic had be pumped not even 3 years ago so we knew it wasnt even full. Maybe thats louisiana normal price but im so thankful to be in ky now where you arent over charged for everything. My suggestion is tell people how much its gonna cost before hiring someone cause we failed to do that. -.-

I realized at 5 pm on a Sunday that my septic tank was backed up causing all the nastiness to back up into the house. I called K-John and was relieved at how easy they made the process. By 6 pm Ricky was at my home and we started to dig up the access points for the tank, this dude did not take a break even after moving what seemed like 10 yards of dirt to get where he needed to be, never fussing, never bitching just kept reassuring me that they would take care of my issue. Two guys from k-Jon came over to my house in the same day I called them. They fixed my clogged double kitchen sink in less than 15 minutes! One of the guys explained everything to me and what I can do to help the issue next time. The best part was I got to finish washing my dishes!! Thank you!

K-Jon came and pumped my mechanical sewer and did a good job. Very friendly and competent. I discovered a leaking Aerator line and the rest of the story isn't good.
