I realized at 5 pm on a Sunday that my septic tank was backed up causing all the nastiness to back up into the house. I called K-John and was relieved at how easy they made the process. Two guys from k-Jon came over to my house in the same day I called them. They fixed my clogged double kitchen sink in less than 15 minutes! One of the guys explained everything to me and what I can do to help the issue next time. The best part was I got to finish washing my dishes!! Thank you!

K-Jon came and pumped my mechanical sewer and did a good job. Very friendly and competent. I discovered a leaking Aerator line and the rest of the story isn't good.

Very thankfully to this company fixing our problem fast..got to say they even went out of there way to deal with my home warranty company so I could get reimbursement. This is the company to go to if you want no hassle!

Used them on a stopped up drain and they came out twice but I still have the same issue and I paid them and I was told they weren’t plumbers but on there website it clearly says that they are plumbers so I am confused, and I still have the same issue, I would have understood if they had told me they needed to charge me more or I needed some other equipment but they just didn’t come back so go figure
