One of the drivers almost hit me fly through a red light it was van YA02
One of the drivers seen was blocking a large driveway not allowing anyone to go up, two cars then needed to move down into oncoming traffic when she could have went 10 feet back up the driveway. This is ridiculous!
I saw a driver smoking cigarettes in a van with “School Students” labels (I don’t think there were any students in the van at the time, at least). Van was labeled YAO3.
