A friend of mine has dealt with this company. The management at this company has poor communication, and they do not resolve safety concerns in a timely manner. She had lost heat 3 times in 2 years and it always took roughly 72 hours or more to get fixed, and it always happened in the winter. They never plow right away in the winter when it snows or lay salt down for ice, its always at least 5 days before it gets done just for plowing. Their secured buildings are always propped open.
