I called K&J after receiving dishonest service by ABC, and another contractor that has solid 5 star ratings. K&J was recommended to my via a friend's son. Not only did they squeeze me in on a day's notice, but they the service tech was punctual, professional, and honest. He explained everything to me, showed me the readings he was getting on the failing part, and told me how to run my a/c unit for maximum life span. I would highly recommend K&J!
