Buyer BEWARE!! We had Carlos install new carpet for us two years ago. Since then, we have had so many problems with the installation. It first began with the carpet beginning to ripple in the main hallway; my husband contacted Carlos and told him about the problem, Carlos said he would come fix it….but he never showed up.
