It's okay thanks seem a little grumpy.
Terrific "Old World" garage feel and an excellent technician: friendly, salt of the earth Laotian owner, Jack. Treat him well, and spread his cards.
Very nice service, no too much waiting time
Jack is a super nice guy, he means well, but the reality is that he is old, cars have gotten complex, he doesn't really have the diagnostic skills to figure out complex problems with the myriad of brands out there. One has a habit of biting off more than you can chew when you THINK you can figure it out. You either invest in the equipment and expertise, or you become obsolete. I went to him with an issue, he misdiagnosed it, and in the end it was a debacle. Just not worth the time...
