Great service - Great staff I have taken several systems to KI for work and have always found the staff to be friendly and efficient. My problems are always resolved for a fair price and the staff takes the time to explain to me what has been done to my system. I also purchased a new system from them, and have been completely happy with it. I recommend KI to anyone who has a computer problem and needs assistance.
Slow service. I had a malfunctioning laptop which I took to K I Technology Group last summer. It took them months to fix it, and they never volunteered updates as the progress of repair. I always had to call and push them to finish the project. I will most likely never go there again.
