Ok Place – Given the low number of choices for Indian food in and around Lansing, the food here is decent. Haven't experimented too much but some of the basic dishes are nice and they make them spicy enough for an Indian taste. The ambiance of the place is kind of dull and not very inspiring. The owners and staff could definitely learn to be warmer to the visitors. If I had other options, this would probably move down on my list but so far would say the place is go-able when one feels like having cooked Indian food.
Great service - Great staff I have taken several systems to KI for work and have always found the staff to be friendly and efficient. My problems are always resolved for a fair price and the staff takes the time to explain to me what has been done to my system. I also purchased a new system from them, and have been completely happy with it. I recommend KI to anyone who has a computer problem and needs assistance.
Slow service. I had a malfunctioning laptop which I took to K I Technology Group last summer. It took them months to fix it, and they never volunteered updates as the progress of repair. I always had to call and push them to finish the project. I will most likely never go there again.
