If I could give this company and its sales staff a zero star I would. It is a shame, as my family has used this company for years but the fact remains that the sales staff is not knowledgeable, the management is not responsive nor helpful. I really wish we had went with Pella to be honest. We spent over 30k for a new build and not only did the sales staff order the entirely wrong window style that we picked, but the version they picked made it unpaintable.
