Caveat Emptor - If you make the mistake of contracting with K Hovnanian for a new build, I strongly suggest you hire a third-party Inspector and ensure they inspect at every milestone. You may very well find an incorrectly spec’d HVAC which will cause your upstairs to never get below 78 degrees in the summer. Ensure the Inspectors confirm the outlets won’t trip fuses when you plug in the vacuum cleaner. Super small subdivision (maybe 20-25 houses) which wouldn't be terrible but we didn't see any parks or walking trails for young families
Same layout just different location...
Liked the floor plan of the home, design and build was impressive. Found several issues with the air conditioning system. The units were working very hard, could not find filter locations on either floor, most rooms did not have adequate ventilation. Overall, the home could be a great investment with a few improvements.
