Own a KHov home in South Jersey. The homes look nice on the surface but the quality control is awful. Not a single door or window was properly installed or sealed. The seam where the siding meets a stone half wall leaked into the garage. There were deck’s build on the second floor and no flashing or proper seals were installed.
