My wife and I came to check out The Venue after church because we had seen it online but weren’t sure what to expect. From the moment we drove into the community, we were impressed. My experience wasn’t good. I met Shari and she was a little bit condescending not very nice not very patient. She didn’t really make the experience all that great kind assumed that I couldn’t afford to live there or that I didn’t have a down payment
The Venue is a quiet and beautiful community! The model is gorgeous and they have so many options to personalize a home to your specific taste. I loved how much natural light the homes get as well. For all these reasons I have chosen the Venue to be my next home. Their sales consultant, Shari has been great to interact with and put me at ease with how knowledgeable and professional she has been throughout. Highly recommend his location!!
