We built with this company. Moved in 2.5 months ago. We have holes in our downstairs ceiling now where the a/c unit leaked through. We have no grass just weeds. There were nails sticking out of the walls and there are nails and screws all over our yard that they never cleaned up. All this and they won't return our phone calls or emails looking for help. We did not buy a home from this builder, but their construction crew broke our wooden fence. They were building a home next to ours and one day I noticed our wooden fence facing the side of the Khov house was broken. I noticed they had laid a couple of large wood panels next to our fence, and upon doing so they broke our fence. I called their local office at The Commons to report the damage and seek compensation, and they told me they would forward the message to their construction manager. UPDATE in 2021: It has been over 2 years since we bought the house & THE ISSUES LISTED BELOW STILL HAVENT BEEN FIXED. Also, in the last year we’ve come upon new problems: 1) our HVAC unit was improperly installed so it leaked through our upstairs ceiling. We’ve had to replace parts in that & fix our ceiling TWICE which costed $1500. 2) Our roof is now leaking & dripping down our walls on the main floor.
