We bought just down the road at the Boulevards at Westfields a little over a year ago. We were told in an HOA meeting over the winter that the amenities in the community would be taken care of after the snow was gone during spring and summer. This is the builder’s responsibility, as they promised these amenities when they were selling these homes. I’m a home owner in westfield location and they completely SUCK! Terrible garage space and NO PARKING spaces!!!!!! I regret buying this house and never recommend KHOV anywhere else

They move closing date at the last minute. Do not believe a word they say. They moved our closing by 2 months. Acquired all out deposit and earnest money and still denying closing.

Update September 2024: (4 of 5 stars) I can't give five stars in good faith based on what happened previously, and some issues with the design center (1 - there were no appointments available before the contractual deadline, 2 - Jamie sent a contract update stating the only change was to correct a tile, but when we reviewed she actually added the whole outside brick facade of the building to it. For the year end service and repairs, I want to write an unbiased review here. In few weeks this will have more content. As of now, in the last few weeks of the year warranty, Everett Barnes had been attending to our year end tickets. His job is phenomenal. We are very happy that he is onboard taking care of our year end tickets.
