Be careful buying a KHOV home. very deceiving. The sq footage is WRONG. They inflate making you overpay on price per sq foot. They include non living space in their square footage. I bought a KHOV and am extremely miserable in this home. When I bought I had a budget but really needed a bigger home due to having an Autistic step son. They were adamant on their pricing and wouldn't budge. Within 2 months of me purchasing a smaller one I could afford they dropped their prices tremendously.
