There are actually 2 sections of Midtown park, one is the old section, and this is the new section, and it is almost all completed. The only bad thing about the new section is when it is New Year's Eve or July fourth, there are several homeowners that love to do fireworks even though it is illegal within the city limits of Alvin. I feel for those poor dogs and dog owners and the PTSD suffering here.

These homes are beautiful. Even though we did not purchase it was not because of house quality. I wanted to give 5 stars to Christie. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient working with us. She's the best!! Thanks Christie.
We highly recommend K.Hov!!! The quality of our house is so much better than other new builds. Very happy with our home and the knowledge of the sales/construction reps.
