Houses from high 600 plus, good luck with your yearly property tax..Plus HOA fee! Closets were too small, specifically for the Master's suite...
We were hoping to get a home here but there was nothing transparent about the process. Employees were unable to answer any questions at all. Minimum pricing is fake-they add everything to it making the actual price about $200k more. The builder is taking advantage of the market and making people bid on these homes. High HOA fees but no amenities. Buyer beware.
