After using K. Hovnanian preferred lender nfm lending- Bryan RAIFORD, We put down a $10,100 deposit based on a verbal pre approval. We asked for a pre approval letter numerous times, but never received it. After finding out we were never approved for the loan to purchase Bryan and K. Hovnanian starting pointing fingers at each other, and ultimately turned the blamed our disapproval on a unpaid student bill that was nation wide issue and cleared up with credit bureaus 2 weeks later. The sales team is awesome hands down but the HOA is not. I don’t want to be unreasonable but I have to bring this up so that the future residents who plan on buying here in this neighborhood are well aware of the nuisance caused by dog owners where they don’t curb after their dog. I have sent couple of emails to HOA. I don’t think they are quite bothered. The dog poop bin is always overflowing. These might be growing problems but I will revisit this review. The homes are brand new however “noise” is a major issue. You can hear your neighbors as they navigate through daily and nightly activities. Structurally, the issue is that the walls are made pretty thin. I’ve had the luxury of viewing the houses as they are being built. Initially we didn’t really notice but once the family moved in next door challenges have arose. 10-11 PM and far beyond the legal, night ordinance, you can hear the bass sound of children running up and down the stairs, horse playing etc. Hope this bit of in... read more
