Lovee these homes ,with very short distance from Galleria and downtown, Definately a place where would like to stay . Management is nice ,gives complaint details and show around the area .
This is a nice community but it’s not offering the Athens floor plan as Kirby Landings did which has closed out & theres a waiting list for the last one which is model.
I cancel my contract in December of 2024 and was told that I would get my deposit back. It is now February and I am still waiting on it and when Intry to get information on it. I am being given the run around on my money.
