Quick Move In! The location is also top tier given it's close proximity to all the SoDel beaches + OCMD. (without the MD taxes). Easy pick for a family looking to be close enough to the action. We couldn’t be happier since moving into our gorgeous new home in Bay Knolls. We worked with Anne and she was absolutely wonderful. The finishing work was top tier and we look forward to enjoying the community.
We bought a KHov in Glen Riddle. Absolutely built with the cheapest builder grade materials and budget subs. I would avoid and use another custom builder.
