Seems they hold majority of the seats on the HOA board and are refusing to do simple task like fix the one playground and Maintain the landscaping contracts. Plan is to add 200 dwellings and still only one entrance in and out. For the price we pay monthly in HOA fees I could live on a golf course. 8 months later and still sucks. 01/01/25

This company is ruining our development. Liberty Run was a beautiful community before this construction expansion began. There have been a plethora of issues with KHOV, but the final straw has been the allowance of their contractor to conduct burn piles in the backyards of our community. Our vehicles, porches, etc are covered in sticky white ash that won’t come off. Our houses all smell smokey on the inside. A tar like smoke smell. We have children. Nice builder, cool houses with options for quality upgrades... would recommend if you want to buy.
